- PROTECTIon AGAINST COVID-19:
We are following all Canadian Health guidelines and requirements with the preparation of our baked goods. We operate in a safe kitchen, with Proper packaging and delivery (regular hand sanitation & contactless delivery). should anyone preparing or delivering our baked goods have symptoms of covid-19 all orders will be put on hold. orders will resume after three days with a negative covid-19 test.
- insurance & licensed commercial kitchen:
we are insured and use a certified commercial kitchen where baked goods are manufactured in burlington.
Nutritional Information & Allergens:
The care, preparation and quality of ingredients that goes into our baked goods is very important to us. We take great pride in knowing we are offering you the best quality product.

all our baked goods are made with whole ingredients, no preservatives and are made fresh to order.
our healthy baked goods are naturally gluten-free, Dairy-free and some items are vegan. They are made with the highest quality organic ingredients as much as possible to ensure our products are full of nutrients and are free of any pesticides. for nutritional information on our healthy baked goods please see the detail section under each product for a listing of nutritional details.
our traditional line of baked goods are just that, sweet and indulgent, but are still made with whole ingredients that are organic & free of any pesticides as much as possible.
- Allergens:
We offer gluten free & vegan options. we take great precaution against cross contamination, however, PLEASE NOTE OUR GLUTEN FREE & vegan PRODUCTS ARE RECOMMENDED FOR LIFESTYLE CHOICES ONLY AS THEY ARE MADE WITH EQUIPMENT THAT IS ALSO USED TO PREP AND BAKE PRODUCTS CONTAINING NUTS, DAIRY & GLUTEN.
Storage of Baked Goods:
for optimal freshness here's the best way to store our baked goods:
- Healthy Baked Goods:
Breakfast Cookies - place in airtight container or freezer bag in freezer or fridge
Double Chocolate Cookies - place in airtight container at room temperature, will keep for 3 to 5 days or can be frozen
Protein Products - place in airtight container or freezer bag in freezer or fridge, protein bars kept best in freezer and can be consumed immediately, Protein balls can be kept in either the fridge or freezer.

Biscotti - place in airtight container at room temperature, will keep for 2 to 3 days or can be frozen
sweet & savoury Scones - place in airtight container at room temperature, will keep for 1 to 2 days
Sweet cookies - place in airtight container at room temperature, will keep for 2 to 3 days
cheese biscuits - place in airtight container at room temperature, will keep for 1 to 2 days
