Local Order & Shipping Policy:

Orders ready within 2 business days from date order is placed

Local Delivery/Ship:

Baked goods are delivered locally Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Monday 11 AM - 3 PM EST within Burlington & Oakville.  The rest of the GTA 11 AM - 7 PM (Delivery times are subject to change)

If you require delivery outside regular delivery days, please send an e-mail to: orders@urbanbakerco.com.  

Local shipping costs and delivery dates will be based on option chosen by customer 

Delivery Fees: (Free pick up available at our commercial kitchen located at 1158 King Road, Unit #24, Burlington - choose option at checkout)

Orders placed within Burlington: Delivery fee of $8

Orders placed within Oakville:  Delivery fee of $13

Outside of Burlington & Oakville: Delivery fees are itemized by area 

Outside of GTA: at this time we are not able to ship outside of the GTA (Greater Toronto Area)

Delivery window of 2 hours is applied on all orders: Uncontrollable events (traffic, construction, weather, etc.) and other circumstances can affect the timing of your delivery. We will work our best to deliver your order to you as desired, but our delivery estimate is not a guarantee. We can guarantee the order to arrive to the address you specified when ordering, not to the recipient. We do not take responsibility for an incorrect address or recipient’s information. We will work hard to correct any error we find before delivery, however, we cannot be responsible for the order once it has been delivered to the specified address. Baked goods cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
