Refund policy

Return Policy:

All food items purchased are non-refundable and are final sale.

We want to ensure you are satisfied and will replace items if you receive an incorrect order.  We work hard to correct any error we find before delivery.  If we should miss something or send an item in error please see the policy below for incorrect orders.

All purchases made are at your own risk due to the uncontrollable nature of delivery.  We are not responsible for damaged goods once delivered to the specified address provided on the order.

Incorrect Order:

If your Urban Baker Co. product arrives incorrect, please reach out to us at info@urbanbakerco.com within 2 days of delivery, and we will replace it at no extra cost.  For fast efficient resolution please include photos of the product received and your order number.  Note: Your replacement will be shipped on the next available day.
