Three Compounding Butters - Cheese, Honey & Lemon Herb

Compounding Butters can be so heavenly! They are great for hearty breakfasts, add flavouring to vegetables or a roast turkey, but best of all they are fantastic with our cheese biscuits.
All three of these compounding butters are delicious on our cheese biscuits. The honey butter is sweet and so yummy with the addition of a sprinkling of sea salt on top. Both the Cheese Herb and Lemon Herb butters are savoury and equally delicious. If you make any of these compounding butters, please tag me on social media. INGREDIENTS
Honey Butter:
1/2 cup softened butter
5 Tbsps honey
sea salt
Herb Cheese Butter:
1/2 cup softened butter
2 Tbsps parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp fresh chives
salt & pepper to taste
Lemon Herb Butter:
1/2 cup softened butter
2 Tbsps lemon zest
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp fresh rosemary
1/2 tsp fresh sage
1/2 tsp thyme
salt & pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1. For each compound butter, place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Place butters in individual serving dishes. Keep refrigerated.
