*Baked goods are delivered locally Friday 1 pm - 3 pm EST
*If you require delivery outside regular delivery days, please send an e-mail to: orders@urbanbakerco.com.
*Local shipping costs and delivery dates will be based on option chosen by customer
Delivery Fees:
*Orders placed within Burlington & Oakville: Delivery fee of $5 is waived for orders over $45 within Burlington & Oakville; orders under $45 the $5 delivery fee will be applied
*Outside of Burlington & Oakville: Delivery fees are itemized by area
*Outside of GTA: at this time we are not able to ship outside of the GTA (Greater Toronto Area)
Delivery Note:
*Delivery window of 2 hours is applied on all orders: Uncontrollable events (traffic, construction, weather, etc.) and other circumstances can affect the timing of your delivery. We will work our best to deliver your order to you as desired, but our delivery estimate is not a guarantee. We can guarantee the order to arrive to the address you specified when ordering, not to the recipient. We do not take responsibility for an incorrect address or recipient’s information. We will work hard to correct any error we find before delivery, however, we cannot be responsible for the order once it has been delivered to the specified address. Baked goods cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.
Return Policy:
* All food items purchased are non-refundable and are final sale.
* We want to ensure you are satisfied and will replace items if you receive an incorrect order. We work hard to correct any error we find before delivery. If we should miss something or send an item in error please see the policy below for incorrect orders.
* All purchases made are at your own risk due to the uncontrollable nature of delivery. We are not responsible for damaged goods once delivered to the specified address provided on the order.
Incorrect Order:
* If your Urban Baker Co. product arrives incorrect, please reach out to us at info@urbanbakerco.com within 2 days of delivery, and we will replace it at no extra cost. For fast efficient resolution please include photos of the product received and your order number. Note: Your replacement will be shipped on the next available day.
